The Reality of the Situation

Okay - I have finally reached a conclusion that I can live with (as if I had a choice!). So only my publishing company and Barnes & Noble are selling clean hard copies of Bronwyn's Stand. My publishing company sent the wrong file (the rough draft) to Amazon and that is the version Amazon is selling. The publishing company apologizes but since Amazon does its own printing the publishing company cannot force them to print from an updated file. Or so the story goes. So I just tell people to buy it from the Barnes and Noble website. Not an ideal ending. I would prefer that only the final copy was being printed, but... Time to pick a new publishing company when the second book is ready.
